Seeking Expert for Fermentation Assessment at Commercial Scale
The Client is currently purchasing a non-natural flavour (produced via chemical synthesis) from supplier and have interest to replace this with a natural flavour (produced via fermentation) without substantial increase in cost.
Currently, the Client has identified the fermentation route and initiated substrates with yields close to 100%. However, there is room to optimise the process efficiency.
Therefore, the client is seeking an expert for a techno-economic assessment on their current fermentation route; to evaluate if it is commercially viable.
The expert should possess the following:
- Experience in fermentation of natural flavours for commercial purposes
- Knowledge in industrial scale fermentation process and equipment
